When the demand for a sweet pickle grew from a few grumblings to an absolute outcry, we decided there had to be a better option than burying our cucumbers in refined sugar. Our search began at our local farmers market where high-end honey dominates. We experimented and found the perfect balance of sweet and tangy by using raw, wildflower honey.  

Ingredients: cucumbers, water, vinegar, honey, salt mustard seed, onion, turmeric.
