We built the Yee-Haw Brine House during the Winter of 2013. A labor of love, the tasting room is now used for special events, new recipe taste tests and is the hippest shipping & receiving department you've ever laid eyes on.

Meet Old Faithful, our '78 Groen steam kettle. In the process of procuring equipment to make pickles, we learned that old school steam kettles were just what we needed. After winning the kettle in an online auction, it made the trip cross country from a defunct cafeteria on the East Coast. Old Faithful, our 36 year old steam kettle still cranks today.

Beware of the Brine House guard dog, Gracie. She has been known to take off the fingers of the UPS driver when he delivers biscuits on his daily route.
